QAF #25 - Bernas and GIPL to list GBKL as soon as practicable - according to an agreement in the year 2001

I have just found an announcement made by BERNAS, on the KLSE, on January 15, 2001,

According to the document,

"BERNAS and GIPL agree that they shall use their best endeavours to list the Company on the KLSE as soon as practicable after the execution of the Shareholders Agreement."

So, officially, there has always been an intention to list GBKL on the KLSE.

The listing of GBKL will unlock great values for the shareholders of QAF.
