Hoosier's note: Now that the markets are on the rise again, it is perhaps an opportune time to raise rates?
Personally, I wouldn't be worried about it. Markets are still going to rise even with a rate hike.
Why?
I believe it is all in the game plan, and, the markets will continue to rally until [almost immediately] after the 2016 US Presidential Election...after which, I believe, we are going to see a Market Crash!!!!!!
