ECB Putting Federal Reserve in a Bad Spot

Hoosier's note: Now, both the ECB and PBOC have forced the Fed NOT to raise rates!

But, as a 'face saving' exercise, I think the Fed may just raise the rates by 10 basis points...probably in December 2015.
