QAF #02 - QAF appointed 7 NEW Board Members proposed by Mr Anthoni Salim

Mr Anthoni Salim, through KMP Investments Pte Ltd, bought a 10% stake in QAF Limited, from his elder brother, Mr Andree Halim (the BIGGEST shareholder of QAF Limited), on June 27, 2014.

Before Mr Anthoni Salim became a Substantial Shareholder of QAF Limited, again, there were 8 Directors on the Board,

From the various SGX Announcemtns in the past, after becoming a Substantial Shareholder, Mr Anthoni Salim proposed 7 NEW Board Members who were subsequently appointed by the Board of QAF Limited.

QAF Limited now has 15 members on its Board.

I am guessing that QAF Limited has plans to expand its businesses given that its Board of Directors has been strengthened.
