QAF #16 - Something strange

As expected, yesterday, QAF announced that the 1Q2015 results will be released on Monday, April 27, 2015, after trading hours.

I don't want to read too much into it, but, it's strange that QAF did not announce the "Notice of Annual General Meeting" and the "Notice of Books Closure Date for Dividend" at the same time like it did for at least the past 2 years in 2013 and 2014,

I hope QAF is NOT privatized for it is one stock that I am willing, and happy, to hold forever!
